Meet The Team
Christian Canady
Founder, HOA Manager, Problem-Solver
Born and raised in Colorado—half her childhood spent in the Steamboat area—Christian brings a uniquely qualified and deeply personal touch to HOA management. She holds a degree in Literature from Portland State University and has spent over two decades supporting small businesses through full-service bookkeeping, audits, business plan writing (30+ and counting), and consulting.
Christian has worn many hats: property manager, executive assistant, commercial real estate bookkeeper, and founder of five small businesses—including a short-term rental cleaning company she sold in 2024. That broad experience gives her a rare ability to see the full picture: financials, operations, logistics, and communication—all under one roof.

Christian lives in a cabin in the Lynx Pass area with her husband, and they have two grown children. Outside of work, you’ll find her hiking, fly fishing, or connecting with the community she serves.
